Aufgrund der immer strenger werdenden Gesetzgebung bzgl. der Schadstoff- und CO2-Emissionsgrenzen nimmt die Elektrifizierung von automobilen Antriebssträngen stetig zu. Wegen ihrer großen Leistungsdichte werden daher vorrangig permanenterregte Synchronmaschinen mit vergrabenen Magneten (IPMSM) verwendet. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden sowohl die Prüfstandseinrichtung mit entsprechenden Kommunikationsschnittstellen als auch der anschließende Inbetriebnahmeprozess zur Leistungsvermessung der permanenterregten Synchronmaschine thematisiert. Nach erfolgreich durchgeführtem Inbetriebnahmeprozess konnte die Leistungsvermessung der permanenterregten Synchronmaschine durchgeführt werden. Anschließend erfolgte eine Analyse der Kupfer-, Eisen- und Reibungsverluste der permanenterregten Synchronmaschine. Die Ergebnisse wurden in Verlust- und Effizienzkennfelder abschließend zusammengefasst dargestellt.
