Distributed Embedded Systems (CCS Labs)
Welcome to CCS Labs at Paderborn University.
The acronym CCS stands for Computer and Communication Systems, indicating our main research interest.
CCS Labs is coordinated by Falko Dressler and hosts the Endowed Chair for Distributed Embedded Systems supported by dSPACE as well as the Endowed Junior Professorship for Cooperative Mobile Systems supported by Hella.
We are also member of the Heinz Nixdorf Institute.
Our research objectives include adaptive wireless networking, self-organization techniques, and embedded system design with applications in ad hoc and sensor networks, internet of things, vehicle-to-X networks, industry automation, cyber physical systems, industry 4.0, and nano-networking.
