Short Bio

Julian Heinovski received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science (Informatik) from Paderborn University, Germany, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. In October 2018, he joined the Distributed Embedded Systems Group (CCS Labs) at Paderborn University as a researcher to work toward his PhD. His research interest is focused on cooperative driving, especially platooning, and vulnerable road users.

Julian is a student member of IEEE and ACM volunteered at the 27th ACM International Symposium on Mobile Ad Hoc Networking and Computing (MobiHoc 2016) and it's OWL Wissenschafts- und Industrieforum (WIF 2017) in 2016 and 2017, respectively. From May 2016 until December 2017, he was a (student) research assistant in the Distributed Embedded Systems Group (CCS Labs) at Paderborn University.
