Abstract

Bei jeder mobilen Roboterplattform spielt ihre Energieversorgung eine tragende Rolle für ihre Mobilität. Da diese meist über Akkumulatoren erfolgt, sind zwei Punkte besonders wichtig: Erstens Verfahren, um die restliche zur Verfügung stehende Kapazität zu ermitteln, indem der Energieverbrauch des Roboters gemessen wird. Zum zweiten effiziente und intelligente Aufladeverfahren, die möglichst ohne Überwachung des Benutzers ablaufen. Zur diesen Punkten wird eine flexible Lösung präsentiert. Mit dieser kann eine Vielzahl von denkbaren Einsatzfeldern, verschiedenen Bauformen und möglichen Ausstattungsvarianten mobiler Roboter und gegebenenfalls auch anderer mobiler Geräte abgedeckt werden. In dieser Studienarbeit wird die Implementierung von Verfahren zum Batteriemanagement und -monitoring am Beispiel der mobilen Roboterplattform 'Robertino' behandelt. Dieser wird mit einer neu entwickelten, mikrocontrollergesteuerten Platine für das Batteriemonitoring und -management ausgestattet. Die eingesetzen Verfahren werden mit den chemischen, physikalischen und theoretischen Hintergründen ausführlich erläutert. Anschließend wird auf die Implementierung eingegangen, in deren Zusammenhang ein modernes Ladeverfahren für Bleiakkumulatoren sowie ein stochastischanalytisches Batteriemodell für die Berechnung der Restkapazität des Akkumulators eingesetzt wird. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit ermöglichen ein intelligentes Batteriemonitoring im Betrieb, um den Benutzer und den Roboter mit Informationen zu versorgen und zu unterstützen. Außerdem wurde die Akkumontage optimiert und festgestellt, daß die neuen integrierten Batteriemanagement-Funktionen, im Vergleich zu den mitgelieferten Ladegeräten, eine deutliche Verbesserung darstellen.
